Delivery

Delivery is made in accordance with the order placed by the Buyer. All delivery are made by La Poste.

Delivery delay
​
Delivery times is communicated at each order. Delivery time is approximately 24H / 48H after expedition of the order in France, and 4 to 6 days for foreign countries. The Seller is in no way responsible for any problems that may occur during delivery. Once order appears delivered, we are no longer responsible. All complaints are to be address at the forwarder (La Poste in this case).
Order following

You can follow your order in the forwarder website (La Poste website), in the section "following my packages"

Return
​
Because of hygienic reasons, piercings and earrings can not be returned or exchanged.​
